As there is in Frauenfeld and Kreuzlingen, there is also a road transport department of the canton of Thurgau in Amriswil. Consultations, vehicle checks, theoretical tests and driving tests are held at Kreuzlingerstrasse 36. The office also issues vehicle licences and driving licences and hands out control signs.
